اثر کامل بودن اطلاعات در تعیین شدت با تمرکز بر زمین‌لرزه اردکول قائن (20 اردیبهشت 1376)

چکیده

زمین لرزه اردکول قائن در 20 اردیبهشت 1376 به وقوع پیوست. بزرگای بیش از 7 مربوط به این زمین لرزه موجب شد تا مورد توجه متخصصان مختلف قرار گرفته و طی گزارشهایی این زمین لرزه از جنبه های مختلف مورد بررسی قرار گیرد. از جمله اطلاعاتی که در برخی از گزارشهای منتشر شده وجود دارد، توصیفات مرتبط با میزان تخریب و خسارات ساختمانی و همچنین، میزان تغییرات محیطی ناشی از زمین لرزه هستند. در این مطالعه، با هدف بررسی اثر کامل بودن گزارشهای توصیفی زمین لرزه ها، گزارش هایی شامل توصیفات منتشرشده از این زمین لرزه، به طور جداگانه مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. با استناد به نتایج حاصل از این بررسی، گزارش های دقیق و کاملی در هر گزارش زمین لرزه، از جمله ارکان اساسی جهت برآورد دقیق و با کیفیت نتایج می باشد. بنابراین، توصیه می شود که متخصصان رشته های مختلف، با درنظر گرفتن همزمان کلیه تغییرات حاصل از رخداد زمین لرزه، از جمله میزان تخریب و خسارات در ساختمان های با سازه های مختلف (خشت و گلی، فلزی، بتونی، چوبی و...) در کنار میزان تغییرات محیطی ناشی از رخداد یک زمین لرزه (جابجایی، روانگرایی، لغزش و....)، برای هر یک از شهرها و روستاهای تأثیرپذیرفته از رخداد زمین لرزه، کاملترین گزارش ها را از زمین لرزه ها تهیه کنند تا با استفاده از این اطلاعات علاوه بر تعیین دقیق شدت رخداد، پارامترهای مهلرزه ای زمین لرزه نیز، با دقت بیشتری تخمین زده شود.

Effects of completing dataset to assess the intensity value concentrating on Ardekul Earthquake (1997.05.10)

Earthquake descriptions documented in various reports are one of the most important datasets to assessing the macroseismic intensity of the epicenter and location affected by the earthquake and preparing different intensity maps. This information consist of the building damages and the environmental effects identify as macroseismic data points (MSPs) which each location with any information can consider as a point of the intensity map. Moreover, extracting the macroseismic parameters of the earthquake will be also possible using these MDPs. In this study, Ardekul Ghaen earthquake (1997.05.10), which several reports were reported for this event, is selected to show the effect of using complete dataset to assess the intensity values and prepare the earthquake intensity map. Researchers in different fields in their reports mentioned to various descriptions of this earthquake effects consist of the descriptions on different types of building damages, the descriptions on various environmental effects, and feeling people from the earthquake. For this study, the descriptions published in different reports were collected separately for the cities and the rurales (MSPs) affected by the earthquake. Totally, about more than 100 locations with various effects of the earthquake were reported for this earthquake. As the descriptions of all reports are not complete, the intensity values were assessed using all descriptions reported by different references for each MDPs. As the main dataset of this study is MDPs with their intensity values, complete descriptions of each MDP reported by different references were considered for reassessing their intensity values of MDPs. However, the intensity maps were separately prepared for each selected reports using their reported MDPs. On the other hands, depends on the reported MDPs the intensity maps of each report will be different from others. To show the effect of completeness of the earthquake reports on estimating the results depends on their dataset, five reports were selected from different reports published for this study. The intensity map of this earthquake were separately plotted based on each of the selected reports. According to this study, the best report should be the one with more complete information of each MDP affected by the earthquake, consist of all descriptions related to the building damages or the environmental effects. Thereafter, the earthquake intensity values can be assess with more accuracy. Moreover, the intensity map of the selected earthquake will also be plotted with more details. If there are enough MDPs, the macroseismic parameters of the earthquake can be also estimated; more MDPs and complete description for each one, more accuracy and high quality estimations.
