About the Journal
The Iranian Journal of Geophysics (IJG), established by the National Iranian Geophysical Society, has a long-standing history of publishing high-quality research in geophysics and related sciences. The journal publishes six issues per year (four in Farsi and two in English) and has been recognized for its contribution to advancing geophysical research and education in Iran and internationally.

The IJG invites researchers to submit their articles to the Editor-in-Chief at: ijg@ut.ac.ir.

Physics of the Earth:
Topics include earthquake seismology, exploration seismology, gravity, geomagnetism, geoelectrics, electromagnetics, earthquake precursors, computational geophysics, geothermal studies, remote sensing in Earth sciences, dating methods, paleo-seismology, and rock physics.

Space Physics:
Topics include atmospheric physics and dynamics, ocean physics and dynamics, weather forecasting, numerical modeling of the atmosphere and oceans, ozone and air pollution, climatology, atmospheric and ocean remote sensing, boundary layer meteorology, agricultural meteorology, aeronautical meteorology, marine meteorology, upper atmosphere physics, solar physics, astronomy, and cosmology.

The IJG provides a platform for connecting Earth scientists and geophysicists, welcomes submissions in both Farsi (Persian) and English, and encourages the exchange of knowledge through research articles, review papers, and constructive discussion.
